Designed the cover and layout for a research report exploring workplace inclusion and organisational gaps, translating complex findings into a clear and engaging editorial experience.
The cover uses two reaching hands as a visual metaphor for inclusion and connection, reflecting the report’s core theme. Inside, a structured grid, clear typography hierarchy and integrated infographics were used to improve readability and guide the reader through dense content.
The design enables complex insights to be communicated clearly while supporting reuse across presentations and training materials.
